解決方案：

該項目為2個粉房配備了Milepost GC06靜電粉末噴涂系統，大模規部署管理噴槍群60套，實現高效的生產管理。同時具備穩定且高效的持續上粉能力，涂層均勻性與耐候性全面滿足合亞鋁的品質要求。

Solution: 
The project is equipped with three powder coating rooms utilizing the Milepost GC06 electrostatic powder coating system, deploying 300 spray guns for efficient production management. This setup provides stable and efficient continuous powder application, ensuring that coating uniformity and weather resistance fully meet AAG Alum's quality requirements.

項目成果：

1、為客戶節約直接采購成本約50萬元，粉末噴槍運營費用（耗材及維修)每年由每套1.5萬元/年降至每套0.2萬元/年。
2、提升涂層品質，提升產品品質與形象。 
3、配備Haztek SpgcsV3.0控制系統，實現智能化生產，提高生產流程的自動化和智能化水平。

1、Save customers approximately 500,000 RMB in direct procurement costs, and reduce the annual operating costs of powder spray guns (including consumables and maintenance) from the original 15,000 RMB per set per year to 2,000 RMB per set per year. 
2、Enhance the coating quality to elevate the product quality and image. 
3、Equipped with the Haztek SpgcsV3.0 control system, achieve intelligent manufacturing, and enhance the automation and intelligent level of the production process.
